Section 13:40-15.22 – Fee Schedule
(a) The Committee shall charge the following fees:
| (1) Application fee: | |
| i. Home inspector | $125.00 |
| (2) Initial license fee: | |
| i. Home inspector | $500 |
| ii. Issued during the second year of a biennial renewal period | $250 |
| (3) Renewal license fee: | |
| i. Home inspector | $500 |
| ii. Inactive status | (to be established by rule by the Director) |
| (4) Late renewal fee | $50 |
| (5) Reinstatement fee | $125 |
| (6) Duplicate certificate fee | $20 |
| (7) Duplicate placecard fee | $20 |
| (8) Duplicate identification card fee | $50 |
| (9) Continuing education program sponsor review fee | $125 |
