About the FOUNDING MEMBERS and why they wanted to make a difference!

Utilizing their extensive backgrounds in business, home inspection, construction, military, and law enforcement, Nick and Vincent created a comprehensive program at NJ Academy of Home Inspectors. Their goal was to address the shortcomings they observed in local Home Inspection Schools, which focused solely on passing exams without adequately preparing students for the practical aspects of the profession.

Understanding the importance of not just passing the test but also excelling in the field, Nick and Vincent designed a curriculum that goes beyond the basics. Their program equips students with the essential skills and knowledge to protect themselves, effectively market their business, acquire additional licenses to enhance their earning potential, and successfully manage a home inspection enterprise.

With two years of dedicated development, they have crafted a course that goes beyond the surface and provides students with the necessary tools for long-term success. The curriculum at NJ Academy of Home Inspectors covers not only the theoretical knowledge required for passing exams but also practical skills and strategies essential for operating in the field.
